About Cookies
Trouble finalizing your order? Entered the correct user name and password but still can't log in?
You may need to clear your browser cookies.

"Cookies" are small files stored on your computer's hard drive by your browser. These cookies help us identify you as an account holder and optimize your shopping experience. They do not include any data that will identify your personal information, or allow any access to your hard drive beyond that file.

They are, however, necessary to use our site. Here’s how to assure you’re accepting cookies:

  • Open your browser. Select the "TOOLS" option.
  • Select "INTERNET OPTIONS."
  • Locate the "SECURITY" tab and click on it.
  • Select "INTERNET," and then "CUSTOM LEVEL."
  • Scroll down the list until you find the header "COOKIES."
  • When you see the option "Allow cookies that are stored in your computer," check either the "ENABLED" or "PROMPT." (Prompt will then remind you each time a Cookie appears and allow you to determine your options for that particular application. Enabled allows automatic access each time.)
  • Then go to the "Allow per session cookies (not stored)" option. (This allows you to store your preferences temporarily, only for this session. When you exit the browser, your preferences are gone.) Select "ENABLED" or "PROMPT."
  • Select "OK."

Some browsers may require you to reboot your system.

Browser Version Not 6.0 Or Higher?
If you receive the following message: "Your browser version is not 6.0 or higher. This may cause problems with this application. It is recommended that you upgrade your browser before attempting to run this application", this means you are viewing Web sites on an older browser that will inhibit your experience in using our site successfully. We suggest you visit your browser manufacturer’s Web site and download a free upgrade. To check your version, simply:

Select "HELP" from the main toolbar on your browser.
Select "ABOUT" (browser).
Look at the heading entitled "VERSION." This tells you the version of your Browser in numerical form.

Viewing Screen Less Than 1024 X 768 Pixels?
If you receive a message that says: "This application looks and operates best with an available viewing screen of at least 1024 X 768 pixels. It is recommended that you adjust your settings before attempting to run this application", this means you may not have enough viewing space on your screen to adequately view our Web site. To expand your viewing area, here's all you do:

  • Go to your desktop main screen with all your icons on it. Right click on your mouse and select "PROPERTIES."
  • Select "SETTINGS."
  • Go to the "SCREEN AREA" in the bottom right corner where you will see an arrow. Place your cursor on the arrow and move it until the screen size is where you want it to be.

OR

You may want to close some of the non-essential toolbars to give you more screen space. To do this:

  • Select "VIEW" at the top of your screen, and select "TOOLBARS."
  • Once the toolbar window appears, you can click on those tool bars marked with a √ and they will be deactivated.

16 Bit Color Scheme
If you receive a message which says: "This application looks and operates best using at least a 16-bit color scheme, it is recommended that you change your settings or upgrade your browser before attempting to run this application", that means that you could enhance your color capabilities by upgrading your monitor preferences. Here’s all you do:

  • Go to your desktop main screen with all your icons on it. Right click on your mouse and select "PROPERTIES."
  • Select "SETTINGS."
  • Go to the left hand bottom side of the screen where you will see the "COLORS" section.
  • Click on the arrow drop down box to see your choices and select "HIGH COLOR (16 bit)" and click "OK."

Some PCs may require that you reboot to activate this change.

No JavaScript?
If your browser either has JavaScript turned off or is not JavaScript compatible, you may be able to set your preferences to JavaScript enable your browser (if possible) or upgrade your browser before attempting to run this application. Here’s how you can check it:

  • From your browser, select "TOOLS," then "INTERNET OPTIONS."
  • Then select "SECURITY," and then click on "INTERNET."
  • Select "CUSTOM LEVEL."
  • Scroll to the "SCRIPTING" heading.
  • When you reach the "ACTIVE SCRIPTION" option, please click on "ENABLED," then click "OK."

Changing security settings may prompt you to shut down and reboot your system.
