1. Who are we?

ACC is a discount wholesale distributor of printable sportswear.  Since 1987, ACC has provided superior customer service and the some of the best prices in printable sportswear. We carry more styles and brands than the average wholesaler, and we have deeper inventories in all the basic items, as well as a variety in fashion wear and accessories.

3. Ordering hours.

Hours for Phone and Fax Orders

For phone orders, customer service personnel are available 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time). To ship the same day, all orders must be placed by 4:00 PM. All orders placed after these times may be shipped the following business day.

Air shipments from our warehouse for next day delivery must be placed before 4:00 PM. This includes UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 Day, FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx 2nd Day.

Orders placed with Atlantic Coast Cotton's fax ordering system must be submitted by 4:00 PM for same day shipping.  All orders received after 4:00 PM may be shipped the following business day.

Hours for Online Ordering

Orders placed with Atlantic Coast Cotton's online ordering system must be submitted by 4:00 PM for same day shipping.  All orders received after these times will be shipped the following business day.

For orders placed for same day shipping on our UPS Harrisburg shipping service, orders must be placed by 2:00 PM EST for next day delivery service. Orders placed for the UPS Richmond shipping service must be placed by 2:30 PM EST for next day delivery service.

Remote ship orders for the following mills must be placed online prior to the cut off times below:

4. Pricing.

Case Price: Price per dozen of a single style, color and size in case quantity.

Dozen Price: Price for one dozen of an individual style, color and size.

Piece Price: Price of individual pieces not bought in even dozens.

5. Payment methods.

C.O.D. CASH: All initial orders are shipped on a C.O.D. Cash basis. Payment to the UPS driver must be in the form of certified check or money order.

C.O.D. CHECK: Upon approval, customers may make C.O.D. payments to their UPS driver by company check. To obtain company check privileges, request an application from your salesperson or the credit department.

VISA & MasterCard: To protect our customers, completing a charge card use application is necessary along with a copy of your credit card and drivers license. Please request a credit card price list.

NET TERMS: Terms are granted to customers with exceptional sales histories and excellent credit references. Financial statements may also be required. Open terms are net from the date of invoice. A finance charge of 1.5 percent per month (18 percent per annum) will be charged on balances beyond established terms. We reserve the right to revoke credit terms.

6. Pickup orders.

Pick-up hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays. Minimum order size for pick-ups is $100.00 Please allow a minimum of 3 hours for orders to be processed. There is a $2.75 pick-up charge per order.

7. Policies and procedures.

In-stock items are shipped same day if called in by 4:00 PM. Shipments are made via UPS unless otherwise requested. FOB Gainesville, Virginia. Shipping charges include insurance and handling. ACC offers an expanded next day delivery area with UPS. (See the UPS chart for order deadlines to these regions.) Reduced rate Fed Ex services are available, as is our local delivery service. American Apparel, Comfort Colors, & Gildan drop ship orders take up to 2-3 days after the order is palced. Free freight is only good through ground shipment and no air shipment. To get free freight over $200 on the web, the order has to be over $200 for each location. If you order items coming from ACC and items coming from remote location, each has to be over $200 to get free freight. All other drop ship orders will get 1/2 freight.

Any special (expedited, by-appointment, liftgate services, early-delivery, etc.) shipping requests will incur fees that are the responsibility of the customer to pay, limited to those charged by the shipping company in question.

Free Freight Restrictions: Does not apply to Weekly Super Saver items or Closeout Items. Does apply to all other items including Special Promotion items. UPS ground freight only, east of the Mississippi, excluding COD fees. Points west of Mississippi receive 1/2 free freight. Accounts in good standing only. On-hand inventory only.A $3.75 handling fee will be added to one order per customer per day. Subsequent orders on the same day will not be subjected to the handling fee.

9. Changing an order.

Due to ACC's commitment to better serve our customers, orders are being immediately processed and loaded onto trucks. Therefore, NO CHANGES can be permitted once an order is entered. Please be sure your orders are finalized when phoned in, faxed in or submitted online.

Atlantic Coast Cotton is not responsible for typographical errors or color variations from actual product as reflected in the printed or online catalog.

10. Returns.

ACC is committed to your satisfaction. Please follow these guidelines concerning returns to help us better serve you.

 

Any and all claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise to our Quality Assurance department.

An invoice number and Return Authorization number must be referenced on all returns. There will be a 20 % restocking fee.

No returns will be accepted on printed or washed merchandise unless defective. Garments must be inspected and verified to be the correct product before embellishing. For third parties, it is the responsibility of your printer/embroiderers to verify shipments prior to embellishing.

Refusals: Any items that have been shipped and then refused will have a 20% restock fee plus all freight charges.

No returns of discontinued or closeout items.

11. Special orders.

If you need items that ACC does not carry as part of our regular inventory, call your Customer Service Representative and ask about our Special Order program:

 

We can “special order” products from the manufacturers in these two ways:

 

“Drop-ship” orders are products we do not carry, but are available from one of our mills. These orders will be invoiced separately. Drop-ship orders usually ship the next day. However, because we have no control over what the mill stocks or how it processes orders, please allow two or three business days for your order to ship. Drop ship orders are subject to freight charges FOB mill. Returns on these orders are subject to the mills’ guidelines and restock fees. Most mills will not accept returns unless the goods are defective.

 

“Remote-ship” orders are for products that we show in our catalog, but do not stock. They can be ordered like any of our “stocked” goods, but will ship from the mills’ remote locations. Freight allowances may not be offered on some of these orders, and prices in some instances may be slightly higher. These orders are subject to our own in-house rules governing returns.

12. How to register.

To order online, you must have an account with ACC. ACC only sells to businesses in the trade: screen printers, embroiderers and ASI companies. To register, simply fill out the online form at the Register link on our home page, and your request will be handled promptly. You will be issued a user name and a password.

13. Lost username and/or password.

Click on the link "Forgot password" located beneath the login field, and your info will be emailed to the email address on file.

14. Variations from preferred payment methods.

If you choose a payment method that has not been approved for your account, your order will be delayed. Non-approved payment methods for your account are subject to review by our credit department. You will be contacted before the order is processed if there are any issues or discrepancies.

15. Choosing a preferred shipping method.

Atlantic Coast Cotton will make every effort to ship your order according to the choices selected. However, we reserve the right to change the method of shipping to expedite delivery of your order or to meet the guidelines of any shipping arrangements you have with us. Priority shipments are subject to a higher rate and must be placed prior to cutoff time.UPS ground freight only, east of the Mississippi, excluding COD fees. 16. Changing payment method at checkout.

Once you have an online account and are logged in, the inventory and prices will become available to you. The prices shown reflect your pricing structure, such as piece or case pricing. Your prices also reflect the regular or discount pricing, depending on your chosen pricing structure at the beginning of an order. Should you change your terms for an order when checking out, the appropriate charges or discounts will NOT be reflected on your online order form, but will apply to the order. Your invoice will show the corrected price. Regular price will be charged for those paying with a credit card, discount price for all other forms of payment.

17. Pricing corrections.

In the event of a miscalculation by the web program, correct pricing will be reflected on your invoice. Online ordering has been set up as a convenience for our customers. Bugs occasionally may occur in the calculation process that would show an overcharge or undercharge to you at checkout. If this occurs, ACC will correct the total before the order ships and will charge you accordingly.

18. Calculating your total (customers on dozen or piece price).

If you are on Piece or Dozen pricing, you are eligible for discounts when placing large orders of the same SKU (same size and color of a style). Customers on Piece price get Dozen pricing for full dozens ordered, and Piece and Dozen price get Case price for full case quantities. (EX: Piece price account - order 52 items of the same SKU where there are 36 items per case. 36 will be at Case price + 12 at Dozen price + 4 at Piece price). The total price of the dozen and total price of the case are shown on the order page. To determine your cost per piece, just divide by 12 or by the case quantity listed.

19. Adding items to your cart.

In order to make your ordering process as simple as possible, we have placed all color options on a single page. Rather than making you scroll to the bottom of the page to add items to your cart, the "Add to Cart" option is available with each color. Please note that you will want to make all your selections within a style before hitting the "Add to Cart" button, because once you do, you will be taken off the page and into your cart.

20. Making changes to your account.

Any changes to your account can now be made online. This feature is available on the ACC home page under "Accounts". You must be logged in to make any changes and the changes will be effective immediately to your online account.

21. Adding users to your account.

Each account may have up to 3 authorized users. If your company requires more users, contact the site administrator at 1-800-262-5660, ext. 9-230.

22. Shopping cart time-outs.

If you are logged in and no activity occurs for a consecutive 30 minutes, you will automatically be logged out. If you have items in your shopping cart when your account "times out", they will be saved as cookies until 12:00 midnight and will reappear in your cart when you log back in (as long as it is prior to midnight that same day). At 12:00 midnight, your cart will be cleared.

23. Shortages.

If the available inventory shows LESS than a full case quantity, your order may contain a shortage. All orders will be shipped short unless requested otherwise. You will be notified if a shortage occurs. There is a comment field on the order form to note your preference.

 24. Multiple shipping addresses.If you need multiple ship-to addresses added to your permanent list options, you will need to follow the instructions listed under “Making changes to your account”.

25. Online color charts.

Color swatches as they appear on the ACC web site are only approximate, and will change by choice of browser and your computer settings. They are meant to be a guide only. For better color matches, refer to the ACC printed catalog. ACC holds no liability for the color variations on our web site.

26. Remote-ship mills.

We carry the entire Inner Harbor, Willow Pointe, 24/7, Proline and Jonathan Corey lines - every style, color and size. They are shipped same-day from our close-by remote location in North Carolina. We ship certain RedKap styles from our remote location in Nashville, TN. See catalog for details. We ship Reebok (every size and color in a wide variety of styles) that ship from our remote warehouse in Kansas City, MO. Some of American Apparel Styles and colors are remote shipped from Los Angeles, CA and it can take up to 2days before they ship out.

27. Tie dyed merchandise.

Due to shrinkage incurred during the tie dying process (Dyenomite, Electrodye, and Sundog), please order one size up.
