Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA): pertinent to certain products manufactured after November 12, 2008. CPSIA enhances U.S. product safety laws to cover hazardous substances/flammability requirements for children’s products along with the same requirements for apparel. See below for General Conformity Certificate (GCC) or Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) for all products imported into the U.S. subject to safety regulations enforced by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
