Due to year-end inventory, the VA warehouse will no longer be accepting rush pick orders for the remainder of the year. Order pulling will begin at 12 PM Monday–Thursday and 1 PM on Fridays.

Regular Hours of Operation

For phone and fax orders, customer service personnel are available between the hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Eastern Time) Monday - Friday. Shipping cutoff is 4:00 PM on Monday and 5 PM Tuesday-Friday.

Cut off times for same-day shipping are 1/2 hour earlier for Online Orders.

Pickup Hours: Orders may be picked up at our warehouse between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM the previous day in order to be picked up by 8:30 AM.
