Hours of Operation

Customer service personnel are available between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday for phone and faxed orders.

Cut off times for same day shipping are 1/2 hour earlier for Online Orders (5:00 EST call-in & fax; 4:30 EST online).

Pickup Hours: Orders may be picked up at our warehouse between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM the previous day in order to be picked up by 8:30 AM.
