PERFORMANCE PROMISE
Augusta Sportswear guarantees all products to be free from
manufacturing defects for a period of one year from date of purchase.
To obtain warranty service please contact Customer Service at
1.800.237.6695 for a Return Authorization, then ship us back the product
at your cost and we will either repair or replace any product that proves
defective. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also
have other rights that vary from state to state.
RETURN POLICY
Most unopened items in new condition may be returned for credit or
exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase.
• To return merchandise, please submit a Return Authorization form via
our website,

Service at 1.800.237.6695 for a return authorization number. Please apply
this number to the outside of the returned carton and return the product to
us at your cost. Custom orders and decorated items are nonreturnable.
• Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 10 business
days of receipt of the order.
• Closeout merchandise, custom orders and decorated products may not
be returned.
• Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of receiving the
Return Authorization.
• Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge which may be waived
if a replacement order of equal or greater value is placed at the time the
Return Authorization is issued

Our normal terms are net 30 days with prior credit approval. A credit
application form is available upon request. We also accept MasterCard®,
Visa®, American Express® or Discover®
. There is no
surcharge or extra processing fee for credit card payment at the time
of purchase. Financed receivables charged on a credit card will receive a
3% service fee.
Augusta Sportswear requires a re-sale certificate or state tax identification
certificate prior to opening an account.

UNCLAIMED C.O.D. SHIPMENTS
Any refused C.O.D. shipment is subject to freight charges and a 20%
