Due to the COVID-19 situation and the impact on our current volume: Starting Tuesday, April 7th, our new hours are Monday - Thursday: 9 AM - 5:30 PM, Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM.

Virginia's State Guidelines allow for printing & sign shops to remain open during this time, please check your detailed State Guidelines to ensure that you are in accordance with your State's standards.

We are open for business from our one warehouse location in Gainesville, VA. At Atlantic Coast Cotton, we place the utmost value on the health and safety of our employees and customers.  As we continue to monitor the effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to share some of the steps we are taking to continue operating safely and effectively.

What ACC is Doing
  • Continuously monitoring information provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state and local health offices in the markets we serve.  We are communicating regularly with our employees to keep them informed and to ensure their safety and that of our customers.
  • We are taking additional actions including enhanced cleaning procedures and implementation of new and improved cleaning solutions to better fight the virus.
  • Social distancing is mandated: spreading out workstations and moving associates to avoid close contact with one another.
  • Mandatory 14-day self-quarantine for employees not feeling well, or are related to anyone at home that might be sick.
  • Maintaining open lines of communication: if we can assist you in any way please contact us and we will try to help. We will continue to evaluate our facilities, and will add additional preventive protocols as necessary to ensure the safety of our employees and the customers they serve.
  • We will remain open during our normal business hours. Our website is operational 24 hours a day. Our pickup area remains open and is being cleaned after each customer visit. We will continue to receive and ship as normal.
Throughout our 34 year history, ACC has faced and survived many periods of uncertainty.  Although there will continue to be challenges ahead, we are confident that our commitment to our employees and customers with our safe, sound and secure business practices will continue to guide us. We value your relationship and look forward to serving you for many years to come.
